Everyone who chooses to make Aotearoa New Zealand their home has the right to a decent job, to a safe, warm home and to be part of a connected, thriving community.
The Greens have successfully pushed the Government to create pathways to residency for tens of thousands of migrant people in Aotearoa. We are also welcoming the recent news that Prime Minister Chris Hipkins will consider the petition of 11,119 people calling for an amnesty for overstayers.
But there is plenty more work to be done!
Join Green MP Ricardo Menéndez March for a public meeting about the issues that affect our migrant communities.
