The Treaty Principles Bill is set to create division and rip apart the fabric of our country. It is an afront to the shared respect and understanding that underpinned the signing of Te Tiriti in 1840. While Luxon has stated his intentions to vote down the Bill at the second reading. We would like to know, why not now?
Luxon has the power to stop the Bill before it progresses any further. All that is lacking is the political will to do so.
