Join Auckland Central MP Chlöe Swarbrick and a panel of speakers for a public meeting about the future of Auckland’s Waterfront.

The Auckland Waterfront needs bold and visionary ideas to plan a course for the next 100 years that prioritises our people and our environment. Te Wānanga, the new and beautiful downtown public space by the ferry terminal, offers a glimpse of how the entire waterfront could look if it was designed for greater public access, ecological sustainability and community wellbeing. Aucklanders, visitors, and especially our City Centre residents and businesses, deserve a cleaner, greener waterfront with shared open spaces for connection, learning and recreation, rather than a waiting room for used cars and containers.

NZSL Interpreters will be present. The venue is wheelchair friendly and has an accessible toilet
